Payment
All goods shown on the 60one site are priced in Sterling and include Vat.
Payment for your order may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo and Electron. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer .Your card transaction will be processed by Worldpay in a secure environment where all data is encrypted for your protection. 60one does not hold details relating to your credit card.
Delivery
Subject to stock availability Monday to Friday orders placed before 1.00pm will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be despatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays will be despatched the next working day.
Standard Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery whilst Next Day Delivery service will be via our carrier Inter Link. Please note that both services will require a signature upon receipt of order.

Returns Policy
We will accept the return of any item for exchange or refund within a period of 14 days of receipt subject to the item being returned in unused condition complete with original packaging and having in place all manufacturer�s labels and tags.
To return an item please complete the return slip at the bottom of your order confirmation form and send it with the item to 60one( Returns Dept) Church Street Falmouth Cornwall TR11 3DS.Please ensure that you return the item by a secure service such as registered post as 60one cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that for non faulty items returned we will refund the cost of the goods but not the original postal charges. You will be required to pay the costs of return postage . If you wish to exchange an item the replacement will be sent to you free of carriage. Items returned that are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied will be refunded in full to include the original postal charges.
Complaints
We endeavour at 60one to provide our customers with the very best products and exceptional service. However, if you have any reason for complaint please email customerservice@60oneco.uk . All complaints will be acknowledged on the day of receipt and we will endeavour to resolve all complaints within three working days.
